Great Shoe
Great fit, great toe box. I think the only thing I might not use it for is rope climbs, but if a shoe is good for 95% of your WODs that’s a solid shoe.

weighlifting training
After five years of wearing Inov-8, I decided it was time to try something new. I did a little research and went with TYR, and I'm glad I did. These shoes are incredibly stable and provide excellent support for heavy lifts. They feel especially solid during deadlifts, giving me a confident, planted base. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for a firm lifting shoe
